My name is Stef Koenis. I am currently studying at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. My study – ATLAS (Academy of Technology and Liberal Arts & Sciences) – offers me the possibility to pursue an interest of my own within the academic curriculum.
I have decided to use this possibility to investigate the emerging technology of in vitro meat. Nutrition, Sustainability and Technology are all topics I am very passionate about and by investigating the phenomenon of in vitro meat, I am able to combine all of them.
On this blog, I will report about my investigation. By doing so, I hope to learn you – the reader – something in an entertaining way.
